Look at the number of tasks that can be replaced with a well-written script. If they take up significant amount of time, the worker offers value by trading his time and energy for the completion of those tasks. They may wish to consider the following:
- Learn to automate these to vastly reduce the time and effort required to perform these tasks.
- Look for a new job, before they are replaced.
